The symposium and the bus trip from Tornio to Ylitornio and Pello are free of charge for those who are registered. Participants pay for their own accommodation and meals.
Participants will book their own accommodation in Tornio and in Ylitornio.
In Tornio, you can get a discount on accommodation at the Mustaparta Hotel when you mention that you are participating in the Maupertuis symposium.
In Ylitornio, we recommend accommodation in Aavasaksa or nearby Matarengi. We will update the Aavasaksa accommodation offer as soon as possible.
Note: Unfortunately, there will be no separate confirmation email for your registration. The confirmation will appear at the top of the registration page after submitting the form.
Symposiumi ja siihen liittyvä bussimatka Torniosta Ylitorniolle ja Pelloon ovat ilmoittautuneille maksuttomia. Majoitus ja ruokailu ovat omakustanteisia.
Osallistujat varaavat itse majoituksen sekä Torniossa että Ylitorniolla.
Torniossa Mustaparta-hotellista saa majoituksesta alennusta, kun mainitsee osallistuvansa Maupertuis-symposiumiin.
Ylitorniolla suosittelemme majoittumista Aavasaksalla tai lähettyvillä Matarengissä. Aavasaksan majoitustarjoukset päivitämme mahdollisimman pian.
